NEST Exam Pattern 2023
According to the sources, we have mentioned the NEST exam pattern for the examination:
- The mode of examination of the NEST will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) online exam.
- All questions in the paper will be designed as Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- The time period to complete the test will be 4 hours.
- Questions in the NEST will contain an overall 200 marks.
- In the NEST examination question paper, there will be four different sections comprising subjects like biology, physics, mathematics, & chemistry. Each subject will contain 17 queries, of which 5 queries will be multiple correct answers MCQs & 12 will be single correct answers MCQs.
- Applicants will earn 2.5 marks for correctly answering a single correct answer MCQ & 4 marks for multiple correct answers MCQs.
- There will be no negative or opposing marking in multiple correct answer MCQs, but in single correct answer MCQs, 1 mark will get reduced for a wrong answer.

NEST Exam Centers 2023
Ninety-one exam centres all over India will now conduct the NEST 2023 exam. NISER, Bhubaneswar, & UM-DAE CEBS, Mumbai jointly has released the list of cities & centres for the NEST Exam 2023. Applicants must choose their exam centre carefully because it cannot be changed once the exam centre is chosen.
